Givbux FAQ

Signing In

If you don't remember your password it can easily be reset. Select forgot password and a new password will be sent to email address used during registration. Enter the new password to gain access to the app. To change password to one you create select the 3 dots (settings) at the bottom right corner of app. Type your desired password and save.

If you can not find an answer, you can chat with technical support.

Givbux has security questions and answer that will help confirm user identity.
If you have forgotten your account password and are unable to log in using your mobile number and email address, you can call (844-448-2899) Givbux Customer Service ext 201 or 202 or send an email to for a response.


Once you have been invited via email or text you will be able to complete the registration process. Using your device click the link provided in the email or text message you have received. Click on the appropriate link for android and iOS and the app will automatically begin the download process.
If Givbux has failed to download, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
  • 1. Poor network stability.
  • (Locate a more stable data network such as Wi-Fi or try downloading again later during non-peak hours).
  • 2. Insufficient free cache space in your browser.
  • (Clear up space in your phone's browser cache then try downloading the app again. 3. Insufficient phone memory.
  • Registration

    Open the app and select (Sign Up).
  • 1. Enter your first name and last name.
  • 2. Enter your mobile number as instructed.
  • 3. Enter your email address.
  • 4. Enter Invitation code sent by a friend's invite (check your email or text)
  • 5. Create a unique password, accept terms and conditions, then press submit.
  • 6. Enter your Zip code and select Submit.

    If you're unable to receive SMS verification code, it’s probably caused by a poor network connection. Check your connection and mobile signal connection and resend code. If you do not receive a verification code send an email to


    Click on the invite friends feature on the home screen. Your list of contacts will start to populate. Select contact(s) from the list, this will automatically send a link to them, with your invitation code, which will allow them to download the Givbux app.

    Upload Money

    Click on the upload money feature on the home screen. Click "Add a new card or Add a new bank account". enter required information and submit. ( Funds will be credited to your account within 2 business days)

    Givbux is available as a payment option with all merchants in the app. Choose a Merchant, enter exact amount of purchase, and select pay. In seconds a barcode will appear that the cashier can scan or enter manually. Your payment will authomatically be deducted from your Givbux account. You can also visit the History tab to review any transactions.
