I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On login page select “Forgot Password”. A new password will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered. Enter the new password to gain access to the app. Once logged in, to change your password to one of your choice go to Home Page, Click “Setting / Support” near the bottom, enter your desired password and click “Save”.
Why do I need to confirm my identity?
For your account protection, GivBux has added another layer of security by providing you with a set of questions for which you provide answers that only you have access to. Your answers will be used to confirm your identity if or when necessary. You can also confirm your identity by providing the 4 digit pin that you choose during the sign up process.
I know my password but I am still unable to login to the GivBux Purchasing App. What do I do?
If your account password is correct and you are still unable to log in using your mobile number or email address, you can call GivBux Customer Service (844-448-2899 – ext 201 or 202, or send an email describing your problem to email@example.com.
How do I download the GivBux App?
GivBux Membership is available by invitation only. If your invitation contains a signup link you can click on it directly and it will take you to Play Store or Apple App Store where you can download the GivBux App and complete the registration process. Alternately, you can go directly to Play Store or Apple App Store to download the GivBux App. Either way, you will need to enter your invitation code as part of your registration process.
GivBux has failed to download. What can I do?
If GivBux has failed to download, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Poor network stability.
(Locate a more stable data network such as Wi-Fi or try downloading again later during non-peak hours).
2. Insufficient phone memory.
How do I register (signup) as a GivBux member?
Open the app and select [Sign Up」.
1. Enter your first name and last name.
2. Enter your mobile number as instructed.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter Invitation code sent by a friend’s invite (check your email or text)
5. Create a unique password, accept terms and conditions, then press submit.
6. Enter your Zip code and select Submit

This is most likely caused by a poor network connection. Check your connection and try again later, if necessary. If you still have problems, try the login solutions above. If that doesn’t work, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include as many details as possible.
How do I invite a friend?
In the GivBux Purchasing App, go to Home Page and click “Invite Friends”. Select how you wish to send your invitation (by phone, email, or contact list) and follow the prompts. Your invitation will be sent by text message or email to the contacts you select, and will include your invitation code as well as a link to download the GivBux Purchasing App.
How do I purchase GivBux?
Go to Home Page on the Givbux App and click “Buy GivBux”. Select purchase with Zelle or Walk in Bank deposit. Click how does it works and see instructions provided on the app.

How Do I make a purchase using GivBux?
GivBux is available as a payment option with all merchants listed in shop feature in the App. Choose a Merchant, enter exact amount of purchase, and select pay. Within seconds a bar code will appear that the cashier can scan or enter manually. Your payment will authomatically be deducted from your GivBux account. You can also visit the History feature in your App to review any transactions.

Can I buy GivBux with a credit card or debit card?
